Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pirai, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

Order Cancellation

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

✔ Product received is damaged

✔ Wrong product delivered

✔ Manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Order ID
  2. Clear photos of the product
  3. Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Items must be:

  1. Unused
  2. Unwashed
  3. In original packaging

Returned products will be checked throughly based on above conditions and approved for refund.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  2. Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  3. In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Color variation due to screen settings
  3. Minor thread variations (common in textile products)
  4. Used or washed products

Return Shipping

  1. If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
  2. For other approved returns, customer may need to bear shipping charges.
